DELTA SONIC - CHEEKTOWAGA, NY
DiMascio Engineering previously branded as D|R, was involved in the rehabilitation and expansion of an existing car wash, vehicle servicing and convenience store facility. The project included a large bay detailing shop, over hall of the convenience store space, and large outdoor snowmelt system for the car wash queue drive.

DiMascio Engineering previously branded as D|R, was retained directly by the building owner as the design consultant for the fit-out of an existing shell space at a signature address for a high end retail space. D|R provided architectural and engineering services, teaming with our architectural consultant.

Intergrow Greenhouses Corporate Offices - Ontario, NY
DiMascio Engineering previously branded as D|R, was the MEP engineering consultant for the corporate office and employee break area of a newly constructed 15-acre greenhouse, located just outside of Rochester, NY. Mechanical systems consisted of in-floor hydronic radiant heating and variable refrigerant flow (VRF) for improved occupant comfort at reduced operating costs.
