Brighton Hockey Arena - Tonawanda, NY
DiMascio Engineering previously branded as D|R, provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design consulting services for a new hockey rink. Complexities of the project entailed tight humidity, temperature and lighting control for ideal hockey activities. Carbon monoxide, Nitrous Oxides and ammonia refrigerant detection systems were incorporated to provide adequate ventilation. The ice rink is one phase of a $20 million recreational investment in Tonawanda's Brighton Park.
